He currently serves as a Partner at K. Abhijit & Company, and previously held the same role at Arun & Company.
He also serves on the board of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman.
His distinguished career spans high-level roles at leading organizations such as Beximco Ltd., Abdul Monem Ltd., Excel Telecom, GETCO Group, and KPMG, where he has led large finance teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, driven internal control initiatives, and ensured full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Mr. Hassan brings hands-on expertise in commercial operations, banking relations, procurement oversight, and financial systems implementation, including ERP and industry-standard platforms.
